Summer is over but that doesn't mean that all the fun has to end right? Nahhhh

Hey everyone!! This is the first post of my series of getting to know me... I frequently get questions like how and why I started ClosetCode and why I love it so much sooo I wanted to share all of that with you and more.

I will get into detail of all those things in my next post but for now I just wanted to answer 5 top questions and also just share one last look that truly makes me think of those summer days...

1. Why did u start Closet Code?

- Well to be quite honest Closet Code came about after I just felt like I wanted to display all my outfit pictures in one place. The truth is I would get soo many frequent questions on where I got what and how persons love my style so they always wanted to see more.. Sooo I just decided to create a platform where I could have fun and be expressive all in one.

2. Where are your favorite places to shop?

- This was a bit tricky because I honestly shop everywhere.. It's just really about finding cute pieces for me but just to name a few... Forever 21 , FashionNova, Nasty Gal, Neiman marcus, Saks fifth Avenue, Free people,Steve Madden and so many more!

3.Fun Fact about Closet Code?

- Okay so a fun fact about Closet Code is that I originally just wanted to post pictures and not type like a paragraph to explain the outfits but after a few tries I'm actually kinda liking writing a short skit about my outfits and it's growing on me.

4. How did you get into fashion?

- This is a question I honestly get alot and the truth is I've always loved fashion and dressing up and accessorizing. From a tender age I found fashion therapeutic, its also been pretty easy for me to style outfits and I always got compliments on it so I just stuck with what I knew best. Not to mention having an aunt who was a fashionista and her allowing me to play dress up in her closet also had a huge impact on my love for fashion.

5.Advice for someone wanting to start a blog

- Well I just think if you want to start a blog go for it and don't hold back because of what people might say... Do it for yourself and make sure you love what you post and what it's about because it's your blog nobody else's. Also consistency is KEY. No joke..
